Robert Emmett Monument

The bronze sculpture of Robert Emmett is located on the right side of the Academy of Science building. James D. Phelan offered a replica of the statue to the park. The original was in the National Museum in Washington. It was created by Gerome Conner, and accepted by the park commission in April of 1918.
