The Dahlia Dell in Golden Gate Park is located just east of the Conservatory of Flowers. Dahlias, the official flower of the City and County of San Francisco, begin blooming in August and continue through September.

The Dahlia Dell consists of over 1000 plants including many unique varieties created by some of the same volunteers who tend the garden.
